By using Bayside Room Watch (the "Service") you agree to these terms.
The Service
A free notification tool. You set up watches for hotel rooms near Maihama, and we email you when rooms appear available on Rakuten Travel. We do not sell rooms, take reservations or book for you, and we never ask for your login credentials for any booking site.
No guarantee
Availability changes constantly. An alert does not guarantee that a room is still available, or available at the shown price, when you try to book. Rakuten Travel inventory may differ from the hotels' own or official channels, and packages sold only through official channels are not covered. The Service is provided "as is." Checks may be delayed, interrupted or stopped at any time without notice. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service, including missed bookings.
Your use
Only sign up with an email you control. Don't abuse, overload or automate the Service. We may limit or remove watches at our discretion.
Bookings
Any booking you make is a contract between you and the booking site or hotel, under their terms.
Not affiliated
Bayside Room Watch is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company, Oriental Land Co., Ltd., Tokyo Disney Resort, Rakuten Group, Inc., or any hotel listed. All trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the hotels.
Changes and law
